HIGHLY recommend you research his office with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) My original review after having my insurance switched over to Cody Guyer's office is found at the very bottom (Jan 2024). That review was written by me after just a couple weeks. Here is the review after 5 months now that I am taking all insurance products away from Cody Guyers office. Review May 2024.....after numerous attempts to receive a call back from Katherine at this office I've been forced to shop around for a different insurance agency. Her careless mistakes lead to one of our crucial insurance products being dropped by corporate State Farm due to lack of response from her and the entire office. That's right folks we were without insurance for almost 50 days and yet she did not recognize her mistake. Once the issue was addressed, a secondary and fatal mistake from her lead to a rate increase of 118% from quoted value. After a un-charismatic discussion with the actual agent Cody Guyer, we have been placed in a position to not only leave this review for the rest of Texas to understand how badly his agency is ran but also to cancel our insurance policies with State Farm. NEVER AGAIN!!! Review Jan 2024....My experience in the past with State Farm has not been a positive one, but that's mainly because of an agent in Dallas. I decided to return to Statefarm and with a personal recommendation, I worked with Katherine P at Cody Guyer's agency and she is 100% AMAZING!!! She is the type of person that you save her contact on your phone so she can be the individual who helps you when you need to modify your policy!"
